Well, Today, I'm going to point out the holes in the "logic" of a somewhat popular among republicans song. First, the songs lyrics. But I must admit, if you took the disgusting lyrics out, you'd have a pretty good song.

Well, there may be "freedom" in Afghanistan but look closer,
According to an authoritative report issued last month by the Centre for Strategic and International Studies, "Afghans are losing trust in their government because of an escalation in violence, public expectations are neither being met nor managed, and conditions in Afghanistan have deteriorated in all key areas targeted for development, except for the economy and women's rights".Its sobering conclusion is that "the Afghan Government and its international allies face a far more difficult and complex situation today than they did when the Taliban fell in 2001"
There are dozens of warlords dictating most of what the people do, and they will use all their power to ensure that there is no strong central government, what they want goes all the way back to Feudalism in the Middle Ages in Europe.

I'm sorry but every time I hear a republican bash France, I laugh, because without France there would be no United States, like it or not, around half the troops at Yorkstown were french, and it was the french navy that made sure the seige worked. AND when the british finally surrendered, the British General first presented his sword (A gesture of surrender back then) to the French General, but the French general made him present it to Washington, witch must have been humilating for the british, so republicans, please stop bashing France.

Minorities, Welfare & Republicans in the U.S

Overall, poverty fell from 15.0 percent in 1996 to 12.3 percent in 2001 (table 1). For blacks and Hispanics, poverty rates dropped by almost 5 percentage points: from 27.7 percent to 23.1 percent for blacks and from 29.6 percent to 24.9 percent for Hispanics. You look at the numbers, and if it doesn't make you sick, you're racist, it's that simple. Whites sit on top of the wealth in the country and do their best to push the minorities down, so that they don't have to share. While 38.8% of the people of welfare are white, they are the majority race in the country. Blacks make up 12% of the population but 37.2% of those on welfare, so while they are not the highest on the welfare chart, they are not represented as they would be if there was true Equal Opportunity in this country. What really makes me sick is how many blacks call themselves republicans, when so many of their "Brothers" and "Sisters" are on welfare, when Republicans want to end welfare permanently, so that the money can be spent on oil wars. (to be discussed later), or so that taxes can be cut even further so that the CEOs can buy another yacht. The blacks call themselves republicans because they "agree" with them on so many unimportant issues (E.g abortion, same sex marriage, wars, etc) that are designed to distract us from the corporate takeover happening underneath our noses. So all you blacks out there, if you want to keep from living in virtual slavery (again) then stop voting in republicans over those stupid issues.
